1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via an in-app message. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please stop using the App and delete it from your device.

2. Description of the App

Clarity in Love is a personal wellness and self-reflection tool for iOS. It is designed to help individuals explore their emotional patterns, practise mindfulness, and gain personal clarity in the context of relationships and attachment.

The App provides:

• Daily emotional check-ins and mood tracking
• Guided meditations and breathing practices
• A private on-device journal
• A link to book optional 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Cosmin Onofrei

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the App. The App is rated 18+ on the App Store and is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you do not, please do not use the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended personal, non-commercial wellness purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code or assets of the App
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of any App content (including meditations, copy, or UI design) without our written permission
• Use the App in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair its functionality
• Misrepresent the App's features, or use the App to make any medical or therapeutic claims to others
• Use the App in a way that violates Apple's App Store terms or guidelines

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to its design, user interface, copy, written prompts, guided meditation audio recordings, branding, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Cosmin Onofrei / STROP DE RAI SRL and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your own Apple device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not allow you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any App content
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the App
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use any App content outside the App for any purpose without our written permission

This licence is subject to these Terms and will terminate automatically if you breach any provision.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The short version: Clarity in Love collects no personal data. All your data stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Third-Party Links

The App contains a "Book a Call" button that opens a Calendly booking page in Safari (your device's external browser). Once you leave the App and enter any third-party website, that website's own terms and privacy policy apply.

• We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website
• Clicking a third-party link does not imply our endorsement of that website
• We encourage you to review Calendly's Privacy Policy before booking a session

The existence of a link to Calendly does not make Calendly our partner, agent, or affiliate. Any booking you make is a transaction between you and Calendly's platform — and any coaching arrangement is between you and Cosmin Onofrei personally.

9. Coaching Sessions

The App provides a link to book optional 1-on-1 sessions with Cosmin Onofrei. These sessions are personal development coaching sessions only. By booking or attending a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of licensed mental health treatment
• Cosmin Onofrei is a relationship and personal development coach, not a licensed mental health professional
• No coaching session creates a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other regulated professional relationship
• Outcomes from coaching are not guaranteed. Personal growth depends on many individual factors.
• Coaching sessions are for personal development purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health treatment
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you should seek help from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services — not coaching

Pricing, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for coaching sessions are governed by the booking terms presented at the time of booking via Calendly.

10. No Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs
• The content of the App will be accurate, complete, or current
• The App will meet your specific personal or therapeutic needs
• Any meditation, check-in, or coaching content will produce a particular result or outcome
• The App will be available at any particular time or location

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Cosmin Onofrei and STROP DE RAI SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App
• We shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses
• We shall not be liable for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from decisions you make based on content within the App
• We shall not be liable for any coaching session outcome or any reliance placed on advice given during a coaching session
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed €0 (zero euros). Clarity in Love is a free application with no in-app purchases — no payment is ever made to us through the App.

12. Termination and App Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Deleting the App also permanently and irreversibly deletes all data stored on your device by the App.

We may also terminate or restrict your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For EU and UK users: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU or UK consumer protection law, including your right to bring claims in the courts of your country of habitual residence.

For all other disputes: The courts of Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For EU users, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
